Is music identifying questions are On-Topic?

I have a little music that I don't know it's name or the artist. So, I was thinking about to grab it here as a question as may someone will know it's name or at least help finding it's name.

So, my question is: Is music identifying questions are On-Topic?

We could do something like how Videogames CD could do game-identification questions.

In the premise for game identification, the OP sends a photo of gameplay and since you're not sure what the game is, you can ask what the game might be and add the photo in it too. Let's do something with Music. Honestly, I'm noooot so sure how this would work. We'll need to discuss this.

Just upload the song somewhere and put it in the question - The most popular service that I know is https://vocaroo.com/ but not sure about Codidact.

I think a separate site is better, this way not too many people litter the site with "What song is this?".

Instead of separate site, I will say separated category is better
