Is music identifying questions are On-Topic?

I have a little music that I don't know it's name or the artist. So, I was thinking about to grab it here as a question as may someone will know it's name or at least help finding it's name.

So, my question is: Is music identifying questions are On-Topic?

I'd posted about this earlier here: https://music.codidact.com/posts/280216. Just thought it would be useful to link it. My personal opinion is that it would be good to have a separate category for music identification requests.
